This Downtown Spot has been thoughtfully updated with all of the modern conveniences.… We are across the street from the shops and restaurants and a short stroll to Robie Point for some breathtaking views and long winding trails. It is really the perfect marriage of downtown living with a natural setting.

There is a small flight of stairs, about 10 steps, to get up to the unit. There is also one small step inside the unit. Parking for one car off-street is available. The parking spot is up a small hill and so one must be adept at backing down an incline. Both the stairs and the parking are in the pictures for reference.
Tenant should be aware that while this is a private space, it does have shared walls. This unit is located in the lower level of an old home built in 1919. There is another tenant who lives above and next to this unit. While walls have been reinforced to minimize sound, one can expect to hear footsteps, creaks or muted conversation of a neighbor as happens in multifamily units of a home built before modern technology. Our property also has other long-term tenants in the other cottages on-site.
If you are looking for total silence, this probably isn't the place for you .
