Hello! Thank you for your interest in my home. Here are a few bullet points for the lease terms: -Rent is $4800 a month (Internet, water, and trash are paid by landlord). -Security deposit is 1 month's rent. Pet deposit of $250 per pet- refundable unless there's clear damage and/or odor from accidents. -PGE bill will be your responsibility -Please keep the home clean and in good condition, as if it were your own. -There is a Pool table in the living room. If you would like it removed, it'll be a $500 fee. -Routine housekeeping is expected, including regular laundry, general tidiness, and upkeep of all living spaces. -Bathrooms should be properly ventilated and maintained to help prevent mold and mildew. -Only standard toilet paper should be flushed no wipes, paper towels, or other products to avoid plumbing issues. -Tenants are responsible for promptly reporting any maintenance concerns. -We welcome long-term renters and are happy to discuss extended lease options.
