LEASE TERMS & RENTAL POLICIES: - Rent & Term: $1,750/month. Fully furnished and staged. 3-month minimum or month-to-month flexibility. Perfect corporate layout for traveling tech specialists and contractors. - Upfront Fees: Refundable security deposit ($1,750) and a one-time, non-refundable $150 move-out professional sanitization fee due at lease signing. - Mid-Term Amenities: All standard utilities, high-speed mesh Wi-Fi, and routine preventative pest control are included in the monthly rate. - Mandatory Cleaning Fee: To maintain a premium environment, a professional deep cleaning of the suite is required every 3 to 4 weeks. A mandatory $100 fee will be charged to the tenant per cleaning. A 24-hour advance entry notice is always provided. - Utility Cap Protection: Rent covers standard electricity and water usage up to a combined cap of $150 per month. No driveway access or driveway parking permitted. - Household Rules: Strict quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. No subleasing or short-term vacation renting (such as Airbnb) is allowed.
