To ensure a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable living environment for all residents, the following lease policies apply to the property: Non-Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, or any other smoking substances, is not permitted inside the home, garage, driveway, or anywhere on the property premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees, damages, or lease violations. Parking Policy The property includes: One (1) private garage space Driveway parking for additional 1 vehicle A maximum of three (2) vehicles are permitted per household unless otherwise approved in writing by the landlord. Street parking should comply with community and local regulations. Property Care Tenants are expected to maintain the home in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the tenant. Noise & Respectful Living Residents and guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Guests & Gatherings Short-term guests are welcome; however, large parties, disruptive gatherings, or unauthorized occupants are not permitted without prior approval. Compliance Failure to comply with lease policies may result in penalties, fees, or termination of the lease agreement in accordance with Georgia landlord-tenant laws.
