12-month lease preferred. $2,375/month unfurnished (washer and dryer included). Furnished option available for $2,500/month, including internet service. For 2500 monthly: Utilities may be included with furnished option, capped at $250/month total usage. Any utility charges exceeding $250/month will be the tenant's responsibility. 6 to 12 month lease terms considered. Renter's insurance required if leased over 6 months. No smoking.
