Other things to note House Rules No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookah, and any other smoking or inhalation products. The property is equipped with advanced smoke detection systems that can detect indoor smoking. No candles or incense are allowed. If any evidence of smoking is detected, guests will be charged an additional fee to cover deep cleaning, wall and carpet treatment, deodorization, and ozone purification. House Rules Guests & Parties To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment, large parties and events are not permitted. Only the number of guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and will incur a $35 fee per person, per stay.
