Lease terms

The renter is responsible for paying their water, gas and electric bills. The gas and electric bills must be turned on in the tenants name. The water bill will be paid to the landlord. No pets are allowed. No smoking allowed. There should be no fires started in the fireplace. It is for show/Aesthetics only. Trash and garbage should be placed in the green garbage can. Recyclables only should be placed in the blue recyle container. The trash can and the recycle bins should be placed on the curb the morning of trash pick up and returned to the backyard the same day of pickup. Please do not leave water runnning or dripping when not in use. Please be respectful of your neighbors. No loud, unruley, behavior on the property. No drugs or other illegal activity is allowed on the property. No grills or firepits allowed on the porch. Grills my be used in the backyard or the back edge of the driveway away from the house. Please dispose of any unwanted food items in the trash. Please dispose the trash daily.
