Rent $1,000.00 plus $150.00 for water, sewer and trash Please review the important application requirements below before proceeding: Application Fee: $50 for the first applicant; $20 for each additional applicant. All individuals over 18 must be included on the lease. Application fees are non-refundable. Income Requirement: The combined household income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Employment: Applicants must have at least six months of employment in Georgia. If transferring within the same company from another state, this is acceptable. Rental History: A positive rental history is required. Financial Standing: Applicants must not have any evictions, foreclosures, or bankruptcies within the past two years. Additionally, there should be no outstanding utility balances in collections. Background Check: A clean background is required. Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for Georgia Power and water (no gas service available). Availability & Processing Time: The unit is available for immediate move-in, with a standard application processing time of 3-5 business days.
