Recently updated with new floors, fridge, electric stove, ductless heating/cooling, and new top down insulating blinds. This cottage sits on 6 acres with other residents at the end of a mile long driveway above Emigrant Lake. This is a stunning natural environment with optional shared gardens, orchards, shared sauna, hot tub cold plunge at discretion of owner. This is country living and we have to deal with mice, insects and well water, I am a human not a rental company. Mature, substance and drama free renters with excellent references and rental history welcome, land loving, cooperative and collaborative folks wanting to steward land and grow food and tend spaces with deep care preferred. This is a communal space in that there are many spaces all residents use so a certain level of communication and collaboration is necessary while privacy and personal space are respected. $175 utilities covers electricity*, internet, garbage, water and road. Home is primarily heated with wood, renter provides their own wood. Internet via ethernet not wifi, perfect signal for all needs. Please show proof of renter's insurance.
