When owner is not present, tenant is responsible for garbage and recycling. Use of utilities covered unless excessive use costs exceed normal usage. I can be flexible on rent dates if you are a SOU student. I am open to a couple sharing the space for an extra $200 per month. Street parking. This home is furnished but you will need to provide your own queen size bed linens and towels.
