The part of the house I hardly use is lower floor: - minimally furnished floor, roughly 1500sq foot of space: - BR 12x12: bed, dresser, lamp - kitchen… 12x20: table, bar, stove, microwave, chairs, tables, and stool - main room (25x25): couch, desk, love seat, TV - office or second bedroom (10x14): empty - porch (16x32): table (and grill?) - storage (4x25+): shelves - laundry (5x5): washer and dryer - bath: (10x8) - space has outside entrance(s) and tons of natural light - private bath, unlimited hot water - kitchen and open floor plan to living room - 200 sq foot dry outside storage, 100 sq foot of inside dry storage, 20 sq foot dry conditioned storage - 16 x 32 deck with hottub, some deck furniture - partially fenced in yard for a dog - mtb trails across the street - parking for one car (the occasional guest). - quiet neighborhood - kid amenities (play house, swing) - OK with well behaved dogs - wifi/electric/trash/water/sewer and backup generator are included. There are other rooms in the house that could be useful or interesting including a game room, mud room, garage, guest room, etc. You would want to live here if you like to hike/bike, and want a lot of space next to national forest. There is enough furniture in the space that you don't need to bring anything, but there is enough space that if you do you can move it in. You would not want to live here if dogs or kids bother you, you party loudly, sleep days, need public transportation (it's 1 mi to the main road), you have a lot of furniture, have drama, hate being on the lower floor, or have more than one guest or car.

Housemate details

I am a quiet telecommuter in my 40s with a dog and will live above the space described. I have a couple of kids that are around half the week. It can be loud at 7am on school days and occasional Fri or Sat nights until bedtime.
