Please note this suite is located in lower floor of house with rental upstairs, so you will hear footsteps etc of guests of upstairs when it is occupied. If you are extremely noise sensitive then this will not be the best fit. It's a beautiful space in a great location within the Woodfin Riverside park and 5 min drive to downtown AVL. Located with a short walk to the French Broad river off Riverside dr in Woodfin, home is in safe, quiet neighborhood 5 mins from downtown and RAD. All candidates are required to complete an application to be considered. This suite has a private entrance and separate space in downstairs of a house with an upstairs unit that is a short-term rental, therefore you must be comfortable with hearing light foot traffic etc of upstairs tenants. The upper portion of house is often vacant during non-peak months.
