The lease requires a minimum of 30 days, but can be longer. We'll collect a refundable deposit when you sign the lease. We're happy to accommodate up to one to two small dogs, but we'll need to consider each case individually. You'll need to pay a refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet rent. Please remember that smoking is not allowed on the property, and we don't allow any illegal drugs. We'll provide one parking space on the driveway pad, and all utility costs, including Wi-Fi, are included in the rent.

This brand new tiny house (built in 2025) has a large open layout in a small footprint. Long 12' kitchen countertop, super cozy & plush queen size Serta mattress, walk-in shower along with a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom. Smart TV w/access to streaming apps and fast Wi-Fi.
Mid-term rentals only 30+ nights or more and we are just a 3 minute walk to Mission Hospital, so our location is perfect for travel nurses, medical professionals and digital nomads.
