Parking Policy: The Ash Tree community provides ample parking within the community! Residents must purchase an Ash Tree parking sticker for a one-time fee. Each apartment has one assigned reserved space. The parking sticker also includes access to several unmarked spaces within the community that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may park in resident's assigned parking space for the apartment without a guest pass as long as the guest has the resident's permission. Street parking is also available on Madison Avenue.
