This cutely decorated, private apartment is under our vacation home and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a private entrance with a large deck with a beautiful distant view of mountains and trees from the deck where you can also see unbelieveable sunset views every night. In fact there are views from every window in the home. There is a wood burning stove and also forced air heating. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use. It is within walking distance to the park and Arrowbear's seasonal lake. It is located at the end of a street so there is open land behind our home for peace and quiet. good for a single adult--Must be able to get up and down 2 sets of steps. Guest suite is located under main house. 1 parking space only-- NO SMOKING/NO PETS

Renter must have a job and be able to show proof of income. This is a 1 year lease then it goes month to month. This rental is fully furnished and includes normal utilities use; to include water/sewage, gas, electric and basic WiFi. Trash pickup and snow removal to be paid by the renter. There is only 1 parking space for the renter. Renter will have to be ok with occasional people in the vacation home above. Absolutely NO smoking (tobacco or marijuana) in this home. The owner is allergic. No pets allowed. No renters insurance is required but my insurance does not cover any of the renters items. Tenant will be required to put out trash cans and bring them back. Tenant will be required to take good care of the guest suite and only the tenant on the lease will be allowed to live on the premises of the guest suite.
