Application process includes the following: 1. Completed application and $25 fee per applicant. 2. The last two paystubs 3. Full credit report from within the past 12 months. All utilities (electricity, gas, water/sewer) are included. Cable and internet are not considered utilities. One month's rent is due as deposit at time of signing of the lease. Lease is for a 12 month term, going month to month thereafter. After 12 months, the tenant will need to give one month's notice before leaving. Tenants are required to have renter's insurance.
