      Security Issues!!! Really understand what you're getting into before moving in ... I've lived here for a few years now. But over the past year it's gone downhill fast. I walked out of my apartment this morning to a homeless person sleeping in the hallway. This place advertises as a luxury secure apartment complex with gated parking and key fob entry. This hasn't been the first time I've come across people that didn't live here or trying to get access. I've had to call the offsite security often. However when I called this morning to alert the leasing office and Contact us form through the Aria website I was expecting some type of acknowledgment and effort of saying we found how they accessed the floor and made the appropriate measures to secure that moving forward. Nope... So I went down to the leasing office when I got off and spoke with someone saying "hey I was the person that called this morning about the homeless person" I wasn't given any type of concern or follow up. Just was told to call the off site security when no one is in the leasing office. I explained I took that step already and was then told to just call the cops. For a place that has sent threatening email blast about watching videos of residents who throw away the trash in the trash room but not the trash chutes, an extremely lack luster response. Since this isn't the first time there has been break ins, people accessing the "secure floors" or cars being vandalized even more frequently. Along side with stolen packages. I'm sure the parked patrol car in the parking garage that has collected dust is a real deterrent for all crimes! The amenities have been on the decline before covid. However the price of rent and the utilities that factor into the monthly rent increases steadily. Not to mention the management staff that has turns over every 8-12 months. This place had the great potential of an amazing living experience, but it's not what is advertised Please beware or ask about security measures before you sign your lease!
