All utilities are included in the rent and WiFi is also provided. Security deposit is $1500. Tenancy is month to month but a long term lease will be negotiable. Proof of income and credit/background check as well as rental references or co-signer is required. All utilities are included in the rental price and WiFi is also provided through Starlink. There is private parking for up to 4 vehicles. Owner is responsible for maintaining the yard however tenant will be expected to keep the deck and porch free of debris. No potted plants on the wood deck only on the concrete porch.
