The separate bedroom provides a private retreat with enough room for a bed, dresser, and perhaps a small desk. It includes a walk in closet for clothing and personal items. Washer and Dryer included. Perfect home for individuals or couples. Requirements: - 600+ Credit Score - Clean background check (No Felonies) - Income must be 3x's the rent **18 month lease with a free full first month** Tours are available on Fridays from 10:30-11:30AM without an application (You must confirm with us your attendance). Tours outside of this time require an approved application.
