First off, PLEASE NOTE this listing is for TEMPORARY occupancy between 09/01/26 to 5/31/27. Our Aptos house has an open great room design that gives the house a spacious feel. The kitchen has all the necessities like coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, glasses and dishes. The living room has a brick fireplace with gas insert, TV's, and wireless internet. There are two bedrooms located in the back of the house with a bathroom in between. One bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV, the other bedroom has a queen bed. The converted garage room has a queen bed and two twins, another TV, and a second bathroom. There is a beautiful private deck partially covered by a huge Japanese Maple tree on the front of the house as well as a deck and garden area in the backyard with a gas bbq. Off-street parking for two vehicles is provided. Sorry but no pets are allowed and there is no smoking! The house is located within the beautiful Seascape golf course community off Highway 1 (Rio Del Mar exit). The Seascape club house is a few blocks walk and is open to guest golfers if you want to golf close to home. There is a beach within waking distance with other beaches (and parks) just a short drive away. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful house that is close to activities this is the perfect location for you.
