Please read the house rules carefully before moving in. * Only registered tenants are allowed on the property. Visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. * No parties or events are allowed. * No smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, or any activity that produces strong odors is permitted anywhere on the property. * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Please remove your shoes before entering the carpeted upstairs area. * The shared bathroom must be kept clean after each use. * Laundry is available once per week. Tenants must provide their own laundry detergent. * Tenants must also provide their own dish soap and kitchen cleaning supplies. * Light meal preparation is welcome. After using the kitchen, please clean all dishes, wipe countertops, and leave the kitchen clean and organized for the next person. * Meals must be eaten only in the dining room. Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not permitted. * The living room and other private areas of the home are not available for tenant use unless previously approved. * Please respect the privacy of everyone living in the home and keep noise to a minimum. * Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. * Pets are not allowed. * Any damage to the property or furnishings must be reported immediately. Tenants are responsible for damages caused during their stay. * Please lock the front door whenever entering or leaving the house. * Please treat the home with care and help maintain a clean, peaceful, and respectful environment for everyone.
