There is an array of useful items you don't see in your everyday kitchen; steam oven, sub-zero refrigeration, and wine cooler.
The schools are very highly rated as well.
The views are never the same, as seen by the many images included, but these pictures don't do it justice!
Standing in multiple rooms in the house, a person can view Denali, City of Anchorage, Mt. Susitna, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Spur, Mt Iliamna, the Turnagain Arm and the Kenai Peninsula. It is secluded from neighbors. The layout and view have to be experienced to be appreciated. The Master Suite view is absolutely breathtaking.
This home has an new washer and dryer. We plan to rent the home unfurnished. This home also has a sauna indoors, for relaxation.
