Garden cottage with ocean view on shared one acre parcel. Cottage is fully furnished including linens, kitchenware, and artwork; although we would remove some items based on your preferences. It was recently used both as an Airbnb rental and as temporary housing for the homeowner, and is set up to be very comfortable as is ideally for someone needing a place in the community for 3-6 months. The cottage has a full kitchenette with a medium fridge, oven range, and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower, the back and front decks have patio furniture with beautiful ocean & garden views. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There's a nice clawfoot tub on the back deck (which currently fills only partway as hot water heater is plenty for the shower, but a little less than optimal for the bath), the main room has a propane fireplace. There's a private yard for the unit separated by a small barrier fence to keep our dogs out of your space. Yard & garden are maintained by owner. Landowner lives in the main house about 100 feet from the cottage. There is a shared driveway for parking. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis as there are other animals on the property (2 dogs and a cat). The ideal tenant is a single person needing a base to either work temporarily and/or find a longer term home in this area. The cottage is not available at this time for more than 6 months, but we can negotiate at the end of that period, if all parties agree.
