Seeking Female Roomate for a Private, fully furnished Room w/ Queen bed, Walk in closet, 50" wall mounted TV, desk, ceiling fan and door with keyless lock. This room could share a spacious bath with another female roommate if/when the 3rd room is rented. The bath has a long vanity with 2 separate sinks, cabinets, med cabinets with more drawers in middle; has Tub in shower. Our single story 3000+ sf home is a 10+ acre Ranch property on a private, gated road in quiet, peaceful nature-filled place of sheer beauty. We are constantly visited by Wild deer, Turkeys, Rabbits, Frogs, Salamanders... We are within minutes to Costo, groceries, restaurants, and other shopping, but once on the property with hillside and mountain views it literally seems you're in the middle of nowhere, Sooo if peace and quiet and a beautiful, safe location is what you truly seek - this may be it. We share all common spaces: Living Rm, Dining Rm; Kitchen (newer appliances); Huge front deck and the myriad of incredible outdoor zones which include: lg, in-ground pool, volleyball ct, pickleball ct; basketball ct. Chicken coup zone; garden zone and more in our resort-like setting. Washer/Dryer, Parking, Wi-Fi and Utilities provided. We seek a professional working Female (preferably working away from the home); Must be clean, respectful, and kind; great communication skills appreciated. We do not allow overnite guest.
