Watch sunrise over Montauk, cycle 10-minutes to town (or 15 to an ocean beach), explore wooded trails across the street, and paddle on the open bay.The house is furnished carefully and simply with art, antiques, and everything you could need for your trip to the beach.There are two cozy bedrooms with views to the water - the first with a queen bed and views onto the pond, the second with a double bed, desk, and a view of the bay. Both are equipped with fresh sheets and closets for storage. There is one full bath, as well as an outdoor bathtub/shower.The vaulted-ceiling light-filled living room looks out over the pond and features two 86" Gervasoni Italian sofas, a television and selection of books, a cozy Berber rug, and wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, all-clad pots and pans, filtered water, an electric kettle and a french press coffee filter. If you'd like to get out on the water, there's a paddle board at the house and a kayak is stored just down the street on Fresh Pond Beach with access to both the pond and the bay.The wifi is fiber optic, so it is very fast for those planning to work remotely.
