We offer flexible month-to-month bookings with the option for unlimited extensions with 30 day notice. All utilities paid for. No smoking allowed. Pets are welcome! They are part of your family too. PET ADDENDUM It is hereby agreed by and between "OWNER" and "GUEST" that Owner will allow. Guest to have the following described pet and no others in the vacation home unless registered upon booking and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and this addendum. 1. All pets must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest upon request for bookings longer than 10 days): a. May not exceed hundred (100) lbs. b. Must be at least one (1) year of age or older. c. Must be spayed or neutered. 2. All pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors. DO NOT let dogs TRESPASS onto neighboring property. If we receive a complaint or law enforcement is called, you will be required to vacate immediately without any reimbursement of your rental fee. The guest is liable for any damages done by the pet. 3. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. 4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time without a PET BLANKET. 5. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. 6. Pet will not damage premises. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be passed onto Guest. The Damage protection will NOT apply to damages caused by pets. 7. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 8. Pets will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. 9. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner and Guest.
