This bright and airy casita is a beautifully furnished one bedroom, including a brand new king size bed, a brand new stove, brand new washer/dryer, a recliner and a sofa, an adorable mid century dining table and two chairs, a beautiful brand new carpet, an actual Heywood Wakefield dresser and a nice side table from Crate & Barrel. The casita also provides you with true air conditioning and heating (not a swamp cooler!). You have your own entrance to come and go as you please down the driveway, through a lockable iron gate. What's more, the casita looks out onto a serene, landscaped backyard *with a beautiful pool.* We are offering a one year or 6 month lease, or you can go month to month (no less than three months please). We are flexible, so contact us to discuss if interested. The electric, water & sewer and high speed internet **are all included** (we both work from home so we have excellent internet). We're looking for a person who is polite, quiet, respectful and clean. This is available starting on May 15, 2026. Cost? $1,500 per month. No other costs. What's due at signing a lease? security deposit ($1,500) + last month's rent ($1,500) = $3,000 deposit and then whatever day you move, we can pro-rate for that month.
