A private, key locking bedroom will be available on the 1st. The room includes a closet with fully adjustable shelving, wall mounted TV and windows fitted with cordless wide faux wood blinds. If needed, we can furnish the room with a full bed, dresser, and nightstand for $900 total with utilities included. You'll have full access to all common areas in the house: Kitchen (fully stocked with cookware and utensils) Dining room Living room Bathrooms Office desk w/ computer Laundry room Front and back patios Location: The house is in a great spot walking distance to the bus/train station (you can hear the train), downtown restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the hospital, courthouse, and more. Camping, fishing, forest, trails, waterfalls, boating all in the area. Ocean and skiing is about 1.5 - 2 hours away. Approximate driving times: 7 minutes to LBCC 10 minutes to I-5 and Hwy 34 20 minutes to Corvallis Hospital 30 minutes to OSU (direct bus available) 40 minutes to Salem 50 minutes to Eugene 1 hour 15 minutes to Portland About the Household: Currently 3 residents (2 females and a male) and a few friendly poodles.
