Lease terms

A minimum 12-month lease is preferred; however, we understand that circumstances can vary, particularly for military members, and alternative lease terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rent is $1,300 per month with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and lawn care. Lawn service may be added for an additional monthly fee if desired. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in. Zillow's application feature is available as an optional pre-screening tool for those who wish to use it. Regardless of how initial contact is made, all prospective tenants will be referred to the professional property management company for the formal application, screening, and lease approval process.
