Lawn Care: Tenant is responsible for routine lawn care and maintaining the full 5-acre property. If maintenance falls behind, lawn service may be arranged and billed to the tenant. Professional lawn care can average around $500/month during peak summer. Tenant may also opt to have lawn care arranged for an additional monthly charge. 4.
