Fully Furnished medium term rental - 30 day MINIMUM STAY. Paper products, dishwashing/ dishwasher soap provided for a week'stay. You are responsible for the continuing supply for the rest of your stay. Cleaning supplies for the whole stay provided. All utilities included. Non-smoking residence. All utilities included: Internet, water , Electricity. Electricity has a &300 Cap. I will bill the overage to the renter when electricity bill is generated.

FULLY FURNISHED. 1,540 sq ft 3BR/3BA mid-island home in a quiet, old-growth treed setting. 30-day minimum stay.… Full Kitchen, aside from basics, it includes an induction stove, also available is a coffee maker with an insulated pitcher, Blendtec Blender, an 8 Qt InstAPot, a 10-cup Cuisinart food processor, a 6-cup rice cooker, a Kitchen Aid hand mixer, and an electric pour over water kettle. Washer/dryer in garage. Includes all linens (bed and bath), and cleaning supplies. All utilities included* (electricity capped at $300 - guest pays overage). Peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors. Manitou Beach is a 5-minute walk via the back lane, with Seattle and Mt. Rainier views on clear days. Bainbridge ferry (35 minutes to Seattle) is 8 minutes away; Kingston Edmonds ferry offers an alternate route. Safeway, Town & Country, and Ace Hardware in town. Costco, Trader Joe's, Home Depot, and Lowe's are 20 35 minutes away. Keyport and Bremerton past Silverdale also houses a Naval base and a Nuclear submarine facility. The home comfortably accommodates 4 people. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have Murphy beds (a Queen and a full size one) and can easily be converted to an office. .The downstairs bathroom has a small shower; upstairs bath has a large shower; and the master bath has a tub. There are spacious front and back decks for entertaining or to build a fire in the large firepit. Amenities also include a wood stove (fireplace) I the living room,a Rowing Machine in the TV Room and a fire pit in the back deck. We accept house broken trained dogs are okay (medium-sized, about 25 lbs.- 2 pet maximum ($150 per pet - one time non-refundable fee). No Cats please.
