The en-suite bathroom features an extra-long vanity with two sinks, three mirrors, and a modern tiled backsplash, along with a walk-in shower and a large closet. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed and a wall-mounted TV, while Bedroom #3 features a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, twin nightstands with lamps, and a large closet. A full-sized laundry room with a wash sink is also available.
Enjoy a huge outdoor entertainment area with a gas fire pit, a sun shelf, an infinity-edge spa, and a full outdoor kitchen with a spacious covered dining area. There's also a separate lake-side patio with a wood-burning fire pit, swim-up barstools, and below-deck seating. The property offers two driveways for ease of parking, allowing you to bring your boat and park your trailer off the street. The outdoor kitchen includes a grill, sink, and mini-fridge. The heated pool is a resort-like feature with a deep swimming area, a sun shelf, and a swim-up bar. An outdoor shower and a convenient pool bathroom are also available. For guests' flexibility, there is a choice between a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold, collected after booking and before check-in. Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 10 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that is changed between reservations. Early and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, if available. Codes will be provided two weeks prior to arrival after full payment is received. The pool is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, but the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. One parking space in the garage is used by the owner, but there is still one space available for guests. It is best to have a vehicle as Bonita Springs is a large metro area; this property is about a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
