The inviting front porch and hammock is the perfect place to enjoy some classic Traverse City people-watching. Showing Availability: June 29 - July 2 July 13 - July 17 July 20 - July 24 July 27 - July 31 Can be partially unfurnished if requested. 9-10 month lease only. Property is not available for rent June or July. No smoking. One litter trained cat may be considered with owner approval. Tenant pays all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. No evictions or bankruptcies with in the last 7 years. Applications must be fully completed before processing. Approved applicants must sign the lease within 48 hours. Residents are enrolled in the Tenant Benefit Package for $29/month. A one-time $150 holding fee is due upon application approval. The security deposit is due at lease signing, and the first month's rent must be received at least 5 business days prior to move-in.
