Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease required. Longer lease terms are available and may be preferred. Security deposit: One month's rent (subject to adjustment based on application qualifications). Applicants should have verifiable net household income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Preferred minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with credit scores below 600 may still be considered on a case-by-case basis but may be required to provide a higher security deposit or meet additional qualification requirements. Pet policy is negotiable and subject to owner approval. Additional pet fees or deposits may apply. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere inside the home. Tenant is responsible for all applicable utilities unless otherwise stated. A completed application, background check, credit review, rental history verification, and income verification are required for all applicants. Occupancy is subject to approval after successful completion of the application and screening process.
