Lease terms

Lease Terms * 12-month lease required. * The lease cannot be terminated early without following the terms of the lease agreement. If a tenant moves out before the lease expires, they remain financially responsible for the rent until the end of the lease term or until a qualified replacement tenant begins a new lease, as outlined in the signed lease agreement and permitted by applicable law. * No subleasing or assigning the apartment without the landlord's prior written approval. * The person(s) signing the lease are fully responsible for complying with all lease terms, including timely rent payments and the condition of the property. * No illegal drug use or illegal activity is permitted on the property. * Rent is due on the date specified in the lease. Late fees apply according to the lease agreement. * Tenants must maintain the apartment in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report maintenance issues. * Tenants are responsible for any damages to the property. * Quiet enjoyment of all residents is expected. Excessive noise or behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. * Pets are welcome but must be disclosed and comply with the pet policy outlined in the lease.
