No smoking, illegal drugs, marijuana, or guns inside the unit or in any areas of the building. No pets or fish tanks. No Airbnb allowed. No satellite dishes. Renters insurance required please provide 48 hrs prior to new lease. Renters insurance must be in full effect while you are a tenant. All lockouts are tenant responsibility. Move in/move out garbage needs to be placed in garbage cans. Any fines incurred will be your responsibility. Parking is 1st come first serve. No laundry after 10pm. Prior to moving all appliances must be cleaned and the apartment swept and returned the same condition as you moved in.Tenants cannot put in window AC units. Must only use floor AC units. If your cell phone changes we must be notified within 24hrs.Tenant is responsible for their own Electric. Toilet backups and toilet rodding, shower and sink rodding are tenant responsibility. No electric bikes. Each year a rent increase will occur. If you need to change the locks on your unit, notify manager so we can have a professional locksmith. All cars in the lot must have a city sticker, license plates, no broken windows, no flat tires are allowed. Only tenants can park in the lot, friends and family must park on the street.
