The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker and a dishwasher. A large front-loading washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet.
Covered parking is available in the parking garage. Beach activities and rental services, such as jet ski and banana boat rides, chair and umbrella rentals, and parasailing, are available. Guests can also enjoy the Tiki Bar & Grill and outdoor picnic tables and grills.
The Shores of Panama Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning views. It is situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, with Walmart across the street and Pier Park shopping a few miles away. The area offers numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may be loud and disruptive. Construction noise begins at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older. Guests must complete a rental agreement with a credit/debit card on file. No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted. A one-time fee of $75 is required for a registration packet, which includes amenities like wristbands and a parking permit. Check-in is at 4:00 pm (central time) and check-out is at 10:00 am (central time). Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a family with children. All occupants over 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID at the time of booking. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian after 10:00 pm on property and during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am within city limits. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines and eviction.
