Paid add-ons include access to resort amenities such as the tropical lagoon-style pool, a brand-new fitness center with 24-hour access, an oversized hot tub, and a heated indoor pool/hot tub. Beach activities and rental services like Jet Ski, Banana Boat Rides, Chair & Umbrella, and Parasailing are available. Covered parking is available in the garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. A Tiki Bar & Grill and outdoor picnic tables and grills are also on-site.
The Shores of Panama Resort is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning views. It is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, with a Walmart across the street and Pier Park shopping just a few miles away. The area also offers numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Please be aware that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may result in loud and disruptive noise from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older. A one-time fee of $75 is required for a registration packet, which includes wristbands and a parking permit. Check-in is at 4:00 pm (central time) and check-out is at 10:00 am (central time). No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children, and all occupants over 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID at the time of booking. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian after 10:00 pm on property and during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am within city limits. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines and eviction.
