Tenant responsible for electric and internet. Owner pays water, sewer, trash. No smoking (tobacco or weed), or vaping in unit or else tenant pays to have entire unit professionally cleaned and repainted. Entire condo complex is a non-smoking property. Carpets to be professionally cleaned by tenant at end of their lease. Note that Townhomes with a View allows only one vehicle to be parked in the covered parking area for this unit. A second vehicle would need to park on the main Talbert street which can be crowded at peak times. All persons 18 and over must submit an application and be screened or they will not be permitted to reside in the unit.

Townhomes With a View is one of the more desirable locations in Clackamas and the complex is nestled in a beautiful wooded setting and has a pool, spa, and workout room. Across the street from Kaiser and close to Clackamas Town Center (Max station), and about 10 minutes drive to Adventist. Complex backs to a nature preserve with great hiking trails. Storage on the private covered deck which is backed by trees and views of Clackamas.
Water, sewer, trash are included (you pay electric & internet/tv). Move in costs would be the $1000 security deposit, $500 pet deposit (if applicable), and first months rent (pro-rated for partial month occupancy).
This is a non-smoking home and non-smoking community (no smoking is permitted at all on the property). HOA is in the process of banning all open flame grilling (charcoal & propane) so only electric grills are permitted.
In person showings are possible only to qualified applicants who meet the acceptance criteria below:
Minimum 2X rent in income. Credit (640+) with no active collections or pending bankruptcy. Good references, no evictions or criminal convictions as allowed by ORS 90.303.
Employers who use verification services that incur costs to verify employment to be paid by applicant unless an alternate form of verification is agreed upon by both parties (i.e. recent pay stubs).
