Utilities are to be paid by tenant, to include water, gas, power. Last month to be collected at signing. Lawn will be handled each month by owner. Pool maintenance can be handled by owner or tenant, can be determined base on agreement. Year to year lease. Other lease agreement and details to be discussed on contract. A $47 non-refundable screening fee. Once all screening and checks have been performed and you are offered and agree the lease agreement a $3450 refundable security deposit and last month rent $3450 will be collected upfront WHEN you sign the lease.
