Located next to Bellevue Downtown Park and Lake shore, it doesn't have the noise of downtown yet offers all the convenience of an urban life. Two blocks to the north is the modern Bellevue Square, two blocks to the east is old quaint Bellevue that offers many restaurants and boutiques. Quiet yet centrally urban.
