Tenant pays utilities including water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, internet, wifi, tv, etc. Tenant is responsible to change the furnace filters at least 4 times during the cold season, and once before summer Tenant will pay for annual servicing including turn-on in spring and turn-off in fall of roof-mounted evaporative cooler. Currently $55-65 each visit, but cost could change. No smoking inside or outside, no vapes. Owner may supply washer and dryer if you don't have your own. Credit will be checked. Pets are negotiable depending on size, breed, rental history etc. Pet deposit of $300 and monthly pet fee of $35 per month per pet.
