Registered guests must complete a rental agreement and provide a credit/debit card on file. Absolutely no pets are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the condo, with a $1000 fine for violations. The registered guest booking and occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older.
