This condo features two master bedrooms, each with a king bed, luxurious linens, and en suite bathrooms. The bunk bedroom offers privacy with twin/twin bunks and brand-new premium beds and bedding. A half bath is conveniently located in the hallway. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area allows this condo to sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy amazing views from the balcony.
A reserved parking space on the 6th floor is included. Guests are required to pay a $90 registration fee on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands. Armbands grant access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor lagoon-style pool.
Situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, this condo provides access to the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort is close to Pier Park and offers a variety of beach activities and rental services.
Please note that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may result in loud and disruptive noise from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Absolutely no pets are allowed, and the complex requires all service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the condo; a $1000 fine will be issued for violations. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the condo. A $500 Spring Break deposit may apply for reservations between 03/07-04/15, which will be refunded upon unit inspection. A credit or debit card must be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
