Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Events, gatherings, or small weddings require advance approval and may incur additional fees. Please note that the pool and spa areas may undergo maintenance from November 11th to November 25th, 2025, with intermittent use possible and no refunds provided.
A 6% processing fee applies to all credit card payments and is non-refundable. For safety, please supervise children near the pool, dock, and waterfront. The elevator provides access to all floors, making the home convenient for all ages. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items, which will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately. Any unauthorized events or gatherings are cause for termination of stay without a refund. Pets are allowed with a $50 upfront fee per pet and a $45 fee per night thereafter, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please ensure pets are leashed at all times and do not leave them unattended. Excessive cleaning fees will be applied if pet hair is found on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. No running, jumping, or diving in the pool or spa at any time. The pool is closed at sundown. No glass in the pool or spa area. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. Trash receptacle location varies upon location. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Please login to use your own streaming accounts. TidePods are provided as a starter pack. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Wash and dry a load of all used towels as well as kitchen linens prior to checking out. Please keep in mind that like any home, this property may have normal wear and tear. Sometimes original items pictured had to be replaced with similar items as the original items may no longer be available. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless permission is given. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with. Please assume that recording devices and noise detection devices are on at all times during your stay. Any and all recordings captured on our property remain our property. The cameras have video and audio capabilities. Should security need to be dispatched, associated fees will be passed along to you. Please be advised that at the first mention of any complaint, evidence of rule violation, noise disturbance, or any other unruly behavior will result in your first and final warning. Upon the second complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, your entire group will be asked to vacate the property. All waivers need to be signed and filled out prior to the use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The water heater temperature control should be left at 140 degrees to allow for constant hot water.
