There are 3 parking spaces for this unit; the garage fits two vehicles and comes with an electric vehicle charger. The driveway allows for 2 additional vehicles parked outside. Pets are welcome with a $50 upfront fee per pet, and a $45 fee per night per pet thereafter. The first night's fee will be waived with the initial flat fee per pet per stay rate of $50. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed.

Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request for an additional fee. Guests must upload a picture of their driver's license within 72 hours of booking or prior to entering the premises. A 6% processing fee applies to all payments made by credit card and is non-refundable. The AC thermostat should not be set below 60 degrees to prevent freezing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Decorations and confetti are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed and approved, with additional cleaning fees for excessive clean-up. Unauthorized guests are not allowed without expressed consent, and any unauthorized guests will result in immediate termination of the stay without refunds. Unruly guests will receive a first and final warning, and a second complaint will result in the group being asked to vacate the property. All waivers must be signed and filled out prior to the use of paddle boards and kayaks. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please assume that recording devices and noise detection devices are on at all times during your stay. The property is equipped with 5 exterior cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. If security needs to be dispatched, associated fees will be passed on to the guest. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, but any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 smoke remediation fee. Special events and gatherings are subject to approval and a fee. Please log in to use your own streaming accounts. TidePods are provided as a starter pack. Trash receptacles vary by location; the black bin is for trash and the blue bin is for recycling. Please do not overfill bins. Any excess trash, waste, or mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. Any fees associated with dispatching security will be passed on to the guest. Any unauthorized events or gatherings are cause for termination of stay without a refund. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them.
