The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. Communal kayaks and paddleboards are available for guests to use. Jet ski rentals are available nearby. Chef services are available upon request. Parking is available with 3 spaces for the unit, including a garage that fits two vehicles with an electric vehicle charger, and the driveway allows for 2 additional vehicles parked outside. Conveniently located within a gated community, this home is just steps from a shared waterfront pool and hot tub. A short walk brings you to a top-rated local seafood restaurant with live music, offering the best of the area. Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. A 6% processing fee applies to all credit card payments and is non-refundable. Guests must be 25 and up to rent and provide a copy of their photo ID within 72 hours of booking. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Trash should be bagged and placed in provided bins; excess trash will incur an additional cleaning fee of $300. No parties or events are allowed, and any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Pets are allowed with a $50 upfront fee per pet and a $45 fee per night per pet thereafter. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please ensure pets are leashed at all times outside and clean up after them. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, or an excessive cleaning fee will be applied. All pet fees must be paid prior to arrival. The pool is closed at sundown. No glass in the pool or spa area. No running, jumping, or diving in the pool or spa. Parents must be responsible for their children. The water heater temperature control should be left at 140 degrees. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. No daily maid service is included. Please bag all loose trash and put it in waste bins provided. Do not overfill trash bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All guests must abide by the City, State, Federal, and all other applicable laws and bylaws. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There is to be no smoking inside the property; smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Special events and gatherings are subject to approval and a fee. Unauthorized events or gatherings are cause for termination of stay without a refund. Please log in to use your own streaming accounts. TidePods are provided as a starter pack. Please do not leave pets unattended inside or outside of the home. If more than 3 complaints are received about pet noise disturbances, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment and the guests will not be permitted to check in to the property. We have the right to request ID and if it doesn't match the name on the reservation or this is a 3rd party booking reservation, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. All waivers need to be signed and filled out prior to the use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The home features high-speed internet throughout, and each TV is set up with common streaming apps.
