We are makai of H-1 freeway and our mauka neighbor is the Aiea Professional Center mauka parking lot and hence we will have some vehicular noise/traffic.Tenant responsible for all utilities: electricity, cable tv, telephone and internet, as well as for water and sewer.
We will provide a basic yard maintenance (bush, tree and grass trimming); tenant is required to water and maintain grass and plants.
This unit is non-smoking, non vaping.
We love pets AND will allow pets with these terms and conditions:
* small to medium size animal
* good credit scores or 700+
* provide renter's insurance with owner and Ideal Properties, Inc. as additional insured* renter's insurance to have a 30 day cancellation clause
* clean bill of health for the animals from a licensed veterinarian
* agree to abide by our house rules, animal rules and policy
* yard maintenance is negotiable, depending upon the animal
* rent and security deposit may increase (negotiable up to $100/mo) depending if more than one animal and/or size of the animal
Minimum 1 year lease required with $25/adult application fee.
Nonrefundable $10.00 processing fee per applicant over 18 years of age must be submitted with application. We will waive $15 credit report fee from prospective tenants are asked to provide a copy of their credit report from a major credit reporting agency, such as Transunion, Equifax, etc. and not issued more than 30 days prior to your application date.If you request a credit report.
