The open-plan living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, including a large beige couch and a love seat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf views or watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV with HD Direct TV. The fully stocked kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, spacious fridge and freezer with an ice maker, and a dishwasher, all complemented by granite countertops and ample storage. Dining options include a bar area and a four-seat dining table. For convenience, a large front-loading washer and dryer are located in the closet behind the kitchen. The apartment includes a bunk room with comfy twin/twin bunks and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a dresser, a closet, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Starter toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, and one dishwasher detergent pod are provided.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful Gulf-front lagoon-style pool, a brand new 24-hour fitness center, an oversized hot tub, and a heated indoor pool and hot tub. Beach activities and rental services, such as Jet Ski, Banana Boat Rides, Chair and Umbrella, and Parasailing, are available. The resort also offers a pool-side Tiki Bar and Grill, outdoor picnic tables and grills, meeting facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Covered parking is available in the garage. As a guest, you receive 1 free daily activity provided by a third-party partner, with choices including Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or an Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). Please note that amenities are not included in the rental fee; guests must pay a one-time fee of $75 upon arrival for a parking permit and wristbands.
This apartment is centrally located in Panama City Beach, with a Walmart directly across the street and excellent shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away.
Please be aware that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may cause loud and disruptive noise between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. This apartment has a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy. The trusted partner requires the registered guest booking and occupying the apartment to be 25 years of age or older. All other registered guests occupying the apartment must be 21 years of age or older, unless they are children within a family group. Bookings made under false pretenses regarding age will result in a 50% cancellation fee if informed 15 days prior to arrival, or a 100% cancellation fee and eviction without refund if discovered upon arrival or during the stay. A rental agreement requiring a credit/debit card on file to protect against damages must be completed. Any booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require a credit card and matching ID on file, with no exceptions, otherwise the reservation will be canceled and refunded.
