Parking of 1-2 vehicles is permitted by the main entry. Tenant may not park on the lawn of this duplex. Trash pickup is included. There is no smoking in the house. Maintenance of the direct yard area of this unit is managed by the tenant. Electric is not included in the rent. Tenant must enroll with KIUC for the electric service as this home has its own electric meter. Water is billed and paid to the property manager monthly.
