There are hookups for a washer dryer (stackable type only due to electric options. Parking of 1-2 vehicles is permitted by the main entry. Tenant may not park on the lawn of this duplex. Trash pickup is included. There is no smoking in the house Water is split between tenants. Usually under $40 per month, but no guarantees. Electric is the tenant's responsibility and this duplex has it's own meter. Pet deposit is refundable except a fee for Flea and Tick treatment that will be scheduled on moveout and invoice provided (market rate).
