This is an upstairs unit and requires the use of stairs. The unit includes one parking space for one tenant vehicle. All additional vehicles, including vehicles belonging to guests, must use available street parking and comply with all posted parking restrictions. An onsite, coin operated laundry facility is available for the shared use of building residents. This is a no pet and nonsmoking property. Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property grounds. Rent is due on the first day of each month and is considered late after the third day. The rent payment policy is strictly enforced, and payments are made electronically through Zelle. Only individuals listed and approved through the rental application process may reside in the unit. Subletting, short term rentals, and unauthorized occupants are not permitted. All residents will receive and be required to sign the property's Rules and Regulations. These policies are intended to promote the peace, safety, comfort, and well-being of everyone living in the building and will be consistently enforced. Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy. Proof of coverage must be provided, and the property owner must be listed on the policy as directed by management. The tenancy will be offered on a month to month basis. All stated square footage is approximate and should be independently verified by the prospective tenant.
