Amenities we provide during your stay: Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea and condiments, salt, and pepper grinders. An initial outlay for toiletries is also provided for guests. Cooking pots, pans, utensils, and place settings for up to 6 are also provided in the kitchen. This home allows ZERO smoking inside the home or garage or near open doors to the home. All utilities are paid by the landlord, including lawn care, high-speed internet, Sling TV, and Pest control.
